ABOUT COMMERCIAL CO-ORD
I’m Bronte Shepherd, founder of Commercial Co-ord.
Also known and referred to as the ‘Queen of Coordination’.
I work with established Australian businesses that need more structure behind the scenes, smoother operations and someone who can help keep the moving parts moving.
Most of the businesses I work with are already successful. They’ve been around for years, built strong reputations and grown through hard work — but over time things can become reactive, messy or overly dependent on the owner carrying everything mentally.
I have a natural eye for spotting broken links in the operational chain:

I’m the person who can step into the middle of moving parts, connect the dots, coordinate the right people and help bring calm, structure and momentum back into the business.
My background spans project delivery, stakeholder coordination and operational support across projects with a combined value of more than $62 million, and I bring a practical, commercially minded approach to getting things done.
Alongside Commercial Co-ord, I’m an active property and business investor — particularly founder-led and family-run businesses navigating succession, operational change or future transition.
