ABOUT COMMERCIAL CO-ORD

I’m Bronte Shepherd, founder of Commercial Co-Ord.

I work with established service businesses that need a steady right-hand to bring structure to the moving parts, keep projects on track, and make day-to-day operations feel more manageable.

With a background across project delivery, stakeholder coordination and operational support, I’ve worked across projects with a combined value of more than $62 million, bringing a practical, organised and commercially minded approach to getting things done.

I’m a natural coordinator and ops manager by trade — the person who can see what needs to happen, bring the right people together, and keep things moving without unnecessary chaos or complexity.

Today, I bring that same approach to growing businesses that want more clarity, follow-through and momentum behind the scenes.

WHAT WE DO & HOW WE WORK

Commercial Co-Ord supports businesses through a mix of one-off project work and ongoing operational partnerships, depending on what is needed most.

This can include:

  • client-side project management

  • project coordination and delivery oversight

  • stakeholder communication and reporting

  • operational support across key priorities

  • site visits, updates and liaison with contractors or suppliers

  • structured oversight for projects and initiatives that need visibility, accountability and follow-through

Whether engaged for a specific project or as an ongoing operational partner, the role is the same: to create clarity, reduce pressure and keep delivery moving.

The approach is practical, commercially aware and built around clear communication.

Commercial Co-Ord is best suited to businesses that need:

  • stronger coordination across multiple moving parts

  • clearer visibility on priorities, risks and progress

  • a reliable operator to keep projects and operations moving

  • structured support that reduces founder bottlenecks without overcomplicating the business

WHY IT MATTERS

Many businesses do not struggle because they lack ambition. They struggle because growth begins to outpace coordination.

When communication is fragmented, priorities compete and delivery relies too heavily on the founder, the business starts to feel heavier than it should.

Commercial Co-Ord exists to close that gap — bringing structure, oversight and steady delivery so the business can operate with more clarity, confidence and control.

Need stronger operational support or project oversight?

Whether you need client-side project management, a clearer operational structure, or an experienced right-hand to help keep the business moving, there are a number of ways we can work together.
